Make your business inclusive and accessible for disabled employees and customers.

I aim to educate and empower businesses to become true allies and bring about real transformation through the removal of barriers, the introduction of supportive systems and the fostering of inclusive mindsets that actively appreciate and elevate every employee.

Social Model disability inclusion training for businesses

I offer training that will help change your perspective on how disabled people experience the world. I will use examples to illustrate how you can remove the barriers faced by disabled people, usually in simple but effective ways.
I will use media to help illustrate what we will be discussing and I will ensure that the content is as relevant to your organisation as possible, working with you to meet any specific needs and identify areas where you would like to develop or gain knowledge.

FAQs

What do your trainings include?

They include an introduction to the Social Model as well as practical ideas to help you implement this in the day-to-day working of your business. While I will have core content that I will always include, if you have specific learning goals we can collaborate and I will do my best to include them.

How long are your trainings?

I offer a shorter training of an hour, which is ideal for a lunch-and-learn scenario, and then I can do a full afternoon session  for a more in-depth and tailored approach. However, if this duration doesn’t fit, I am open to adjusting the session to your needs.

Why should I invest in your trainings?

My training will help you view the world differently. See how removing small barriers can make a big difference, changing something insignificant can make a significant difference to someone in your workforce.
